The Board of Directors has promoted Attilio Tulimiero, the company’s current General Manager, to Chief Executive Officer. It then appointed Andrea Di Santo as the news Chairman. Andrea Di Santo is well-known manager in the Italian healthcare industry, former head of the investments in Healthcare for CDP Equity and former Chairman and CEO of Siemens Healthineers.

The Board further reinforced its commitment to growth with the appointment of a a Strategic Committee of professionals with pristine moral standing, recognized expertise and independence in the field of public procurement and healthcare; chaired by Professor Veronica Vecchi, the Committee will act as an advisory body to the Board of Directors, with no managerial or executive duties, supporting the board in the definition of its strategic guidelines.
