From April 18th– 21st Futura participated at INDEX23 in Geneva, where the company presented its latest converting solutions, Create and Andromeda. These innovative systems represent an important step forward for manufacturers in terms of process automation, product quality, safety and operational flexibility – opening the door to completely new ways of processing Nonwovens.
At its stand 4031, Futura showcased the following technology:
• Pin-to-Pin online for a cost-saving 3D product, with greater thickness, improved softness and better design definition, even when wet.
• Offline web lamination for hybrid products at reduced cost, with a speed of up to 1000 m/min and cost savings in terms of energy.
• Automatic hot roll changeover in just 20 minutes.
