Cisa announces that on May 22, 2023, during the Board of Directors meeting, Federico Bonotto was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Cisa Production S.r.l. with full powers for independent and autonomous management of the Company.

At the same time, Antonio Maria Veronesi was appointed Non-Executive Chairman, and Liban Varetti remains on the Board of Directors as an Independent Director.

“Thanks to the maximum availability and strong operational support of the entire Cisa team, Federico will continue an important work that began with his entry into the company as COO last November,” said Veronesi. “The goal for all of us is to make the Cisa product increasingly competitive and the organizational structure more efficient.”

The new CEO brings his international experience and deep expertise in corporate restructuring. “I have been very happy to join the Cisa team, where I have met fantastic people, and together we will achieve the set objectives,” stated Bonotto.
